This is a picture of Lake Ontario, one of the great lakes.. It was taken today near the city of Hamilton. The signs of spring are evident in the picture. The lake has liquid water, not ice, and snow is melting off the rocks on the side. The temperature today was -1 in the morning, and progressed to +5 for the afternoon.. Spring is officially here!

Roba, spring here begins slowly. The first real signs, are the melting of the snoe and return of the geese. April is when the real spring begins

i was going to say the same of what Roba said, i mean it seams like a pic in the north of Alaska, and then you're saying that "spring is coming" oh man, this is the middle of winter comparing to Syria!
but i know the lakes in the summer " i've been there longtime ago" and it's a great region at summer.

That's true Amr, Syrians winters are beautiful compared to Canada's. In fact when the temp. is 5-10 degrees no one wears jackets, and above 10 the shirts and shorts start comming out of the closets
