hehe.. Maybe it's one of those jokes you gotta hear. here's the point of the joke. The common phrase was taken from arabic and tranlated word for word into English. For example, the name FiFi was tranlated to In In. Katab ktabo (officially engaged) was translated to "wrote his book," which totally doesnt make sense.
Let me give you an english version.
