World Cup and midterms are a bad mix

Damn it! why does every amazing soccer tournament coincide with my summer school terms?
Two years ago it was Euro Cup and now it's the World Cup. Isn't it already unfair for soccer lovers living in Canada? We hardly get any soccer on TV, and worse yet, every sports channel has baseball on in the summer... Sheesh!

Midterms start on Monday, I guess the marks are going to take a hit this term...

    don't be sad Omar, it's the same here in Syria, before 4 years, I was Bakaloria, and now, my final exams started at 1/6 and wont finish till 22/6...

    but infact, i don't give a shit about the world cup :P Sport in General, loool

    They're obsessed about baseball, the only differene is that they SUCK in it.

    Ahmad, consider yourself lucky for not being lured to watch the games. I cannot resist the tempation

    I never got why the Japanese like baseball! I thought they were smarter that that. At least you might witness some crazy celebrations if they go far :)

    Not just baseball, there's like four different sport seasons going on at the same time! Baseball, basketball, hockey, and soccer...I haven't really started watching the soccer matches, they're not so exciting in the beginning..

    wedad, you don't like Zidane?!?! the best midfielder in the history of soccer. There has got to be a good reason for not liking him..

    queenie, baseball is crap, and basketball is too predictable these days. Leaving the NHL, which is sweet to watch, but only when the leafs are in the playoffs. so really you should be focusing on soccer right now... you got no excuse, saving the environment can wait :P
